I mainly do house bashing, now in some circumstances i can`t see how WFP systems could beat a applicator and squeegee, especially when you have to do some fence and gate hoping, anyone else feel the same?

We use a bit of both...I've found the pole is good in some circumstances, but the traditional method is better in others....very much depends on the job and the customer........ :o

Same here.I dont mean to be harsh but surely any window cleaner with common sense would not drag all their wfp equipment over fences, through locked gates, over brick walls to clean windows.Common sense tells you when to use a squeege and when a wfp.I use a wfp on any houses that have lead lights, roof lights, over three floors, have more than 20 windows, have georgian bays etc etc.Someone on this site mentioned this before and thought squeegeing would always be quicker than wfp.My reply"try using a aplicator and squeege on a building that is three floors all lead glass and has over 130 windows" wfp will always be quicker on these and not a small two bed mid terraced that has a fence to climb.
