Title: What is needed to get into pre-let cleans?

I have been running a domestic cleaning service for 10 months now. I am in a partnership with my mum, we both do all the cleaning ourselves, plus all the paperwork involved. We now want to develop our business and go into doing pre-let cleans, how do we go about it and what is needed? We have PL Insurance, Terms & Conditions, Portfolio(in process), Pricing Policy. Is there anything else needed?

i dont mean to sound demeaning but...

you need clients and resource to carry out the work.

its a chicken and egg situation.

I take it by "pre let" you mean estate agent cleans not builders cleans. If so you seem to have everything in place. Best to mail all your local letting agents or better still pop in and see them. This is a competitive market and having something that stands out against the competition can win you the work. Leaving a small posy of flowers for the new tennants etc.
The worst part is cleaning the cookers. Best suubie this to a dedicated cooker cleaner which means you can concentrate on the rest of the property. You will get the agents ringing up saying can you do one today as they are moving in tomorrow. Thats because they forgot to ring you, happens all the time.
