Title: microbore fittings ...help !!

Just going to change over to microbore... was going to buy reel & hose from wintecs.comes with
coupling kit .... But do i need any other adaptors to connect to pole / trolley..  ???

my trolley came with complete kit aswell, after spending over £100 on extra fittings it worked well,

Not 100% sure what you mean but I switched over to cleantechs mini bore hose which is 8mm id and I use the schrarder type fittings. Here is a picture of the fittings. Might be of some help to you ???

how do you fit those clamps on the end of the hose...once they are on...is that it or can you loosen them and re-tighten?

You can use pliers, but tile-nibblers are better
