Title: Extended Pole Section
Post by: replacement on July 07, 2004, 06:31:51 pm
As alot of you know i use Omnipole System ( http://www.omnipole.com/ ) due to there Poles and trolley, i will say great stuff worth looking at.

Anyway the other day i ordered an extra 6ft section to go with my Pole and today it turned up. So i thought ill do some pictures to show you all as i finnished for the day. The reason i brought this extra section was due to the fact i was having problems reaching a couple of windows on 2nd floor. Now normally the 24ft pole reaches them pretty easy but some flats i have are abit higher off the ground for the 1st floor and i was fed up streching to reach these windows.

Anyway this is the 6ft section i brought.

And this is the pole all togther with its new 6ft section.

I could not wait to have the pole fully extended so out to the back garden i went..

It was abit windy 25 mph Gust's, Ouch that was hard work holding that in that wind, i am lucky i did not have the brush head on the end. Mind you when up against a building and cleaning a window it will not be so heavy. The picture does not really show the full lenght of the pole ( good old brother will never make a camera man ) and the wind did get it just as he took the picture, it was like fighting an massive fish but was great fun for 10 mins with that wind. I now got a 30ft Pole. I think next time ill have a new pole off them, might even go down there for the afternoon to pick one out :)

Anyway thats me.

Justin

Ps I got all the other bits for the pole a few weeks back and i will do abit on them later. Its all the Jet washing attachments Gutter parts etc, ill have plenty of pictures and stuff. I have used them a twice now but the customers did not want me to take pictures for some strange reason, so ill do it on my own home and a customers fingers crossed.

Power Lines, i am always looking for them when i am cleaning. The ones in the picture our phone lines.

I have a few houses that have them power lines right near the windows not good i must say.
