Title: is the name reach and wash, a trademark?
Post by: scottish on June 22, 2004, 11:37:05 am
does anyone know if reach and wash is a trademark name e.g Dyson, or a description of equipment e.g. vacuum cleaner?
i'm interested to know if it can be used on business cards etc to describe a wfp ???

Reach & Wash/ Reach and Wash is a trademark of Ionic Systems Ltd. The Reach & Wash Logo has Worldwide registration (no 002337863). If you see TM or R after a printed word/words or logo in an advert then it means that those words are trademarks of the advertiser.

You can only use the term Reach & Wash to describe your WFP cleaning service/system in your business literature if you actually own an Ionic Systems Reach & Wash System.

Similarly, you can only use the NFMWGC logo if you are a member of the NFMWGC.
