Hi this is my second post i got such good advice from the first thought i would ask another question.
Basically i clean a ladys house who has a glass conservatory roof she likes to see through it i was cleaning it by standing on the struts and shammying then polishing off so there is no streaks it works great and it looks fantastic, only problem is she doesnt want me to stand on it anymore and just wants me to wash it with soapy water then hose off it looks crap.
Any tips for cleaning it please i have extendable pole but this seems to streak as well.
Should i just do what the lady wants leave a crap job even though i know its safe to go up there?
Or tell her its my way or the highway?

You need pure water. Its no good having a water fed pole and you have not got the pure water to make it dry streak/spot free.
I clean these type roofs alot and never get a problem if you use the correct equipment.

Have a look on www.window-tools.com it will explain all about pure water.
Also I've noticed that you are not earning a lot at the moment and you might feel that you can't afford a trolley system, if so, what you can do is buy just the basics to start with, and then build on that when the money starts to come in faster, which it will.
The basics you will need are
An RO or IO unit with Resin (send a water sample to peter at window tools he be able to tell which one you will need) An IO unit is cheaper but is only econmical if you live in a Softwater area.
The first 3 poles that peter supplies which go up to 18'.
The Cleaning Brush with Water Jets and angle neck
Pump Box
10 water containers
TDS meter
50' of 10mm water hose
1 Battery
Hope this helps
