What is going on with your BWCA courses! myself and many that I have spoken to HAVE NOT had confirmation regarding course dates 10 June, 17 June, and 27 July, YOUR Company has taken our money but you have not even confirmed payment, Please can you tell us where we stand, the first course date is only days away.

Dear Andy,

Please accept my apologies, a letter will be in tomorrows post with more detail explaining that we had expected to be in our new premises this month, May. The new building has excellent facilities for the courses but unfortunately there have been certain contractual difficulties that mean the move will be delayed up to 2 months. We have been working hard to secure the move in time for June but news this week means that we must accept the delay imposed upon us. We have found an alternative venue that is ideal for the courses and news of this together with joining instructions and directions are included in the letter.

I believe you are Andy Chaney from Poole in Dorset. I have a copy of your invoice in front of me, receipted as requested stating "dates to be confirmed".  I checked our post book which confirms that your copy was sent, did you not recieve it? Your booking form is attached but it appears that you may not have indicated your preferred dates. In your letter I shall offer you the first available dates.

is the marketing course being pulled too craig or held at the old hq as we won,t need more than a room for that surely. could you let us know as we have not heard from you regarding that either

The letter is going out to everyone who enroled regardless of the course they signed up for.

Me neither.Have called and asked about the training ans was told that the information would be sent out to us asap?It is now 14th June and the phone call was three weeks ago.....at least
