Post by: The_Fed_Man on May 18, 2004, 09:30:06 pm
Anybody else out there noticing a shortage of decent labour this year?

I don't mean just take on anybody but people that want to work and stay for a while.

Hi all,

It is hard finding someone reliable and experienced, but when you find someone worth it pay them what they are worth.

I have a bloke i pay £70-£80 a day (9-3) he works very hard and does all the driving. He also comes out collecting twice a week in the evenings and weekends for free  and is always on the look out for new clients.

The moral of this story is don't pay peanuts!
