are you getting paid
Slowly. They’ve changed the invoice system and made it unnecessarily difficult. Are you not getting paid?
-
no
-
still want January money 5k
-
That’s not good. Have you put their work on hold yet? I would.
-
Hi end of this month
-
Update?
-
still not been paid for january
-
still not been paid for january
I hope you put their work in hold then?
How much are you owed in total?
-
10k
-
If you’re still doing the work then you need to stop immediately until paid upto date.
Same happened with CAPS, eventually went under.

Not related to Bidvest Noonan but keep an eye on any commercial over running 30 days (or whatever credit term you agree).
I had 2 last month liquidate on me both been good always a bit slow and both jobs I have had for 5-10years.
You'll get nothing if they go under,
Nationals are the same.Had major trouble getting money out of one last year.Managed to get it and have now stopped working for them.
There are a lot of firms out there treading water at the minute and quite a few looking to fold.

Where do yeah generally draw the line. I do work for big company , 30 day credit arrangement. Always slow to pay and generally have to keep on them and get it before 60 days. Do you draw the line at a certain figure and then just stop? I've been owed up to 11k at one stage with this company.

Anyone that is still working for these jokers, after not getting paid for 4/5 months, needs their heads testing.
-
If a company is solvent they will understand if you chase them up a few days after when they customarily pay you.
Always stop working for them and tell them why. If they don't pay you then they are unlikely ever to.
Beware of excuses such as 'restructuring' or other euphemisms for 'on the ropes'.
For goodness sake, if you have usually been paid in 30 to 45 days on a 30 day credit then definitely stop before it gets to 60!

stopped this week working for them

Any update Kev?
I was paid in full this week, nowhere near as much as you but it was a nice surprise.
