Title: Hot box - Before or after pressure washer?

Possibly a silly question but just picked up a Cleanwell Hotbox for a good price.

Am I right in thinking the Hotbox is plumbed in after the PW and then to the lance?

Only reason I ask is I’ve seen a post where a guy said using a hotbox ruined all of the seals in his pressure washer ???

I always assumed the hotbox heated the pressurised water.

Yep after the pressure washer. I can’t see how they can be plumbed in before the pressure washer as you need the pressure from the machine to activate the flow switch

Brilliant, thank you mate. Thought that was the case but a couple of posts and pictures that looked like hotbox came first made me question it.

Yes as Mike mentioned  , your PW puts the flow into the hotbox then to your lance  . Ed
