does any one on here use a 60ft pole if you do do you have to have 2 men to operate.also how much are they roughly thanks   dazzle

I have a 60ft ergo light its in 8ft sections and is considered to be a two man pole at that height (its for sale) Although I have used it by myself. 60ft is seriously hard work getting it up and working with it for any length of time. Its a lightened form of carbon fibre. New it was in excess of £1K.
If you only have a couple of jobs for it I wouldnt bother. But its probably the compettittion thing- of if its out there I must do it.

I work with a 60ft pole, it takes two men to raise, you have to extend it along the ground and walk it up just like a ladder. One man can operate it but its not easy this is were the other man comes in, he takeS over and you do a coule of windows each.

Paid just under a grand for mine carbon fibre from ionics, I think its got 3 12ft sections and 4 6ft sections.

I use sixty ffot pole original form ott very heavy Can raise on my own no Im not superman 5foot 8 med build yes it does knacker me not to be used on a windy day the new unger is seriously lite and seriously expensive had mine four years only just paying for itself now I think anyone you buy now will be lighter than this one If some one near who has one can help you out on the day you need it it would probably do you both a favour if you both dont use that much.

I'd look at Gardiners range of superduper lite carbon fibre modular poles.
