about bungalows taking the same time whether you use trad or WFP.
ITS MUCH QUICKER USING WFP!!!!
My view has always been that with bungalows its takes about the same time but after today I have changed my view.
I have a bungalow round that is worth about £400 a month and up today I ve left it trad.
But today I was so hot and fed up with squeegees and scrims I thought 'stuff it, lets get me pole out'. I must have been at least 50% quicker. I going to try and convert it all over to WFP now.
It just shows it not just the fact that you dont use ladders, the actual method is quicker aswell.

Yes but you get a lot wetter because you get lazy and just stretch up to get the high bits.
That might be OK this weather. In fact its quite nice, but come the winter you might not feel the same way about it.

Anyway, just because it's quicker for you doesn't mean it's quicker for me.
...and my windows are clean dry and shiny.
Your's are soaked in water and look a mess. ;)

yeah but even in cold weather they dry pretty fast and then look even better as the frames are nice and clean and the glass is even cleaner

Yes and its easier three stories up with a wfp when you have 220 windows to clean.....take a few hours if not days longer traditionally

cleaned a hotel with 400 windows once it only too me a day and that was a four story building using a mop and scrim.

Bet you couldn't walk the next day. With ladders I was always totally knackered by the end if the day.

never used ladders cleaned them from the inside, yes i was knackered the next day took the day off.that was 26 years ago in the days before wfed, used to be a bloody good window cleaner then slowing down now.
