Title: Work in Derby

I'm thinking of expanding my work into derby although I live in the south east. The idea is to move there eventually but not straight away. I would potentialy do solid days there untll I could make the move. I'm wondering what the average price is for a 3 bed semi? Also is it a well covered area?
One last thing is there any work for sale there?

Not 100% sure Steve - I live just north of Derby. There does seem to be quite a lot of new housing estates beind built just lately so i'm sure you could find enough work. Most houses I do range from £5 - £10. Keep looking on the site for round sales mate. Also, the local Ad mag sometimes has rounds for sale.

i have 4 days a month down in derby and surrounding areas. We only do comercial though. I would be interested in selling you some if you wanted.
