Title: WFP with no pump or tank!

Driving past a block of flats in Kirkintilloch today and there's someone with a stand pipe hooked up to the di vessel and hose reel. I'm guessing they dropped someone off with the great idea that they don't need a pump or tank.

Connected to a mains tap maybe?

Yes connected to the mains in the street with a stand pipe. £2500 fine if you don't have the license to use it!
