Gary you might need to provide some more info in order for someone to help you. The risk assesment will be different for traditional cleaning Vs waterfed pole method. Balconies, walkways, car park, how many levels or bungalow type ? etc...

Have you done the safe contractors accreditation questionnaire?  Its pretty damn tiresome getting your head round it ( for me anyway)  especially the amount of detail they want , So pay £5 to relieve me of the stress ?   Yeh, Why not !  I would rather pay £5 to them then £1 to someone who responds to my question  "Just gets better here."

Let me just stop you there, i'm accredited and can do my own method and risk assesments. You're gonna get accredited by getting some one else to do it for you ? Good luck with that................its like buying a driving licence.
