I've been locked out of Cleaner Planner for two days now I've contacted Rob and a guy called Daniel has message me back but in my message asking to phone me so I can explain what's going on.
He hasn't phoned me so I replied explaining what is happening
I've been locked out and I still get up not had a reply I've rung the number that was supplied on his emails previous But its been cut off
Although cleaner planner is one of the best things I've spent any money on their support has really really shocked me

I have sent an email to Rob too, CP support is usually second to none, hopefully he will visit this thread and then contact you? Have you emailed support@cleanerplanner.com too?

Thanks Caz :)

Hi rob, quick question whilst your about..
I'm going to upgrade soon so I can use gocardless with cleaner planner, how do I sign customers up to gocardless?
I don't have a website anymore as getting to busy to take on more work so do I need to get details off customers and manually sign them up myself?
Thanks in advance

You can't sign them up yourself the customer must do it as they have to provide a password.
-
Best way is to get their email address and send them an invite.

Thanks guys :)
Hi Chris - as Soupy and Paul pointed out you can't sign up customers, they do have to do it themselves but... you can email them directly from the GoCardless dashboard. Might also be worth you setting up a very basic website (even if only one page) and pop the Cleaner Planner GoCardless widget on it. This is a bit of website code (HTML) which displays the "Pay by GoCardless" button but also crucially (this is missing from the standard GoCardless page) a box where they can enter a reference e.g. first line of address. This eliminates the all too common issue where a customer signs up and you don't recognise their email/name (e.g. other half signs up) and don't know which address the payment is for!
Hope this helps - happy to advise further, just drop us an email at support@cleanerplanner.com
Cheers,
Rob

Thanks for clearing that up guys.
I thought the whole setup process looked a bit complicated without a website so guess I'll have to get one on the go again.
Anyone have any recommendations where I can get a cheap simple website, purely for taking payment's?!

+1 I'm sure Nat will be able to help you out, he's installed the Cleaner Planner GoCardless widget on a number of his client's sites so he knows how it works, and I can liaise with him if any questions/issues :)
