Title: how many staff for festival

I have a possible contract for a festival with 10000 people Attending over the weekend

There is 3 campsites, main arena, festival toilets, catering

Litter picking and general tidying in main arena from 8am_12pm friday,sat + sunday 8am to 7pm

A team is needed to clean festival toilets and refill rolls through out the festival

Does anyone know how many cleaners I might need and how much could I charge the festival per hour for each cleaner
