Has anyone encountered this problem , the type of faux lead I am talking about is the one which as far as I know made up of some kind of paint and sand and is on the external side of the pane, its in the style of leaded glass. We went to clean it with a damp clothe and as soon as we touched it , it came off the window disintegrating into small bits, needless to say homeowner not happy anyone had experience of this ?
