Title: RED WINE STAINS

can anyone give any good advice on the removal of red wine stains?? I cleaned this persons  mum's carpets on monday ( regular customer ) , she told me of her son's dilema. He had been staying at his girlfreinds parents house while her parents were away.( been there done that )He had a bit of an accident now parents are back.opps, not very happy! I advised to give me a ring but he didn't, he tried some other company but they haven't done a great job apparntley.Obviously he's not ideal in law material at the moment. I would normaly use stain pro followed by red rx and some praying if needed.any help would be helpful mainly for the poor lad who's head is on the block.
