Hi Everyone,
After setting up a second pump for my first employee, the van battery which powers the 100psi pumps is dead within a month Really bored of jump starting etc. I need to run pumps off leisure battery and not the van battery and then have the leisure battery charged when we hit the road. Is this possible. Would be really grateful for any advice on best type of leisure battery and any connections needed. Happy to help anyone on any others questions you may have. Happy New Year

Get a split relay charger. It charges off your vans alternator but only after the engine has cranked over using your van battery. This is a great system if you're doing a bit of driving throughout the day.

Something like this:-

Forget a split relay, they're a waste of time unless you're doing proper mileages. Just get a good charger and a second battery. Then rotate the batteries.
Connect directly to the pump, be sure to include an inline fuse (5 amp).
These are also a great bit of kit: -

I buy from a local store but have used Tayna, can't fault them to be fair.
