Title: New job.
Post by: Window Lickers on September 11, 2014, 06:12:25 pm
We've today picked up the largest contract since we started trading in 1998.

A regular clean for a private school - 12K a year.

 :)

It looks like 6 weeks work throughout the year.

There's likely to be extras, these'll be added on ad hoc at a day rate.

Well done Matt. Nice one.

Picked up a big house myself yesterday three times a year at £825 a time. Work is still coming in, but still not quite enough to take the plunge and employ. How's your employee situation?

Are you "the old chap" she described that used to do it? I'll give you a call as my spidey senses were tingling anyway.

It wasn't the one Franky thought it was. Assuming that's the reason for the tenterhooks.

Ah, well I'm guessing you are going to need someone now. Hopefully it will work itself out. Maybe even think about a school leaver. I know of a few gardening companies around here that have got brilliant young lads working for them. They definitely exist.
