Title: Pure Freedom Granular Activated Carbon Filter

Hi Fellas

Probably a stupid question, I have received a carbon filter which is different to the one I normally get and cant seem to work out how the water will pass through or how to open it up. I have removed the plastic wrapping. Attached are some photos which hopefully help explain.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The water will pass through the mesh on the first photo (the base) and also passes through the grill inside the recessed part on the second photo (the top).
