I bought my wife an SLX18 with Extreme brush. At first the whole thing felt a bit flimsy as it was all so light - but very nice.
Now I have nicked the brush (she hasn't started working with me yet) and ordered another. The Superlite feels like a brick now. I have used the Extreme for a good few first cleans and seems fine.

I'm going to be ordering an SLX 18 for the same reason.

Are you going to be working with her too? :o

Extremes are good but aren't as good at scrubbing as the superlites.
I prefer to be quicker and use a heavier brush than spend a while scrubbing glass a lot more than needed.

Maybe they do....maybe they don't.......but what's that to do with 'Superlites V Extreme' brushes

I use the Xtreme soft and dont have any issues with scrubbing power only cleaning glass and frames , No good on minging first cleans but as an everyday brush it is great .
But my latest one only used it over 7 days and lost 4 lots of bristles on the edges never had this before with them , Fitted new super scraper makes a great difference dealing with bird muck . Mike

The fact that this is a public forum probably has something to do with it.
