Title: battery and pump pack
Post by: David Edmondson on March 11, 2014, 08:34:07 am
Has anyone tried one of these new Battery and Pump Packs. The one I am looking at is a kSR80?
It has a 80 psi pump and 12v battery in a carry case with connections to water container and another to hose. It is powerful enough. I use a hose reel with 100m hose with diameter of 12mm. Or would I have to get a narrower hose?
Recently had my xline trolley system stolen out of my van and looking for something that is easier to remove nightly as I dont have a garage or anywhere to store a trolley overnight. Saw these on the internest and thought they might solve my problem as they are lightweight and easy to carry and I could easily store in the house.
Has anyone any thoughts?

get a storage box off amazon,  the same as streamline use £20+,  85amp leisure battery,  100psi shurflo pump,+ controller,   fit into box, controller screwed onto outside,   hozeloce fittings,  male fittings for hosepipe,  to connect hozelock push fittings into,

or backpack pump + battery + cheap controller.

£200 or £50
