You might want to consider the TM4 also.

chemical cost should not be a consideration as you are not tied to any particular supplier because of the machine. I have found the tm4 more reliable than the host machines but have not had the later model of the hosts. The tm4 despite not having a warrantee if used to prespray has been reliable for many years and with occasional brush replacement give superb reliability.

Have used envirodri, host, and prochem sponges and found them very similar (pants).
Experince has not made me a great fan of the dry systems for cleaning.

Dry systems are mainly suited to maintenance work imo.
Even then they are expensive per m2 due to the stages involved and the material cost.
The machines themselves are great and results can be improved dramatically by using a pre-spray first before the sponges.
We used to use Prochem Bonnet Buff for this purpose as it didnt need to be rinsed. We then moved to Chemspec Heavy Duty Soil Lifter. Even mixing it with the sponges to give it a boost.
These days when we use the system we just use encap and forget the sponges altogether.

I'd opt for a TM4 http://www.cleanstore.co.uk/products/Product.asp?ID=4525 (http://www.cleanstore.co.uk/products/Product.asp?ID=4525) Had envirodri's and whilst a great machine the plastic casings crack and are not cheap to replace, I think the host machines are considerably more than a TM4 which is under £1500. Get a set of Black Brushes and the standard white too.
