Title: Cleaners Mate or Get Booked Up?

He everyone,

CLEANERS MATE OR GET BOOKED UP?

Please I need some advice on cleaning software for a growing cleaning company.

At the moment we dont use any software, we just use excel and word to keep files and letters up to date.
Now that we are growing and won a leisure centre cleaning contract we would like to invest in a software that will safe us time and also be functional for the industry we are in.

Searching on google mostly gives me American software (Maid manager pro etc)

I found Cleaners Mate and Get Booked Up online and have gone trough the websites but does any one here have any experience with either one of these softwares or if you use something totaly different please let me know.

Any help and or advice would be highly appreciated

The best software for UK companies is Cleanlink, but it is in my view overpriced.

Try target cleaning software, pretty good and reasonably priced.

and of course for quoting and auditing look over at me cleanquote.co.uk

Both have free or trial editions download both and find out what suits you best

Hi,
It's not specifically for cleaners but amphis customer is good for invoicing and general CRM. It does have some type of diary but not ideal if you want to keep track of schedual.

If it's just accounting your after try quickfile.co.uk

its interface is basic but it's very functional

and it's completely FREE!!!

Try invocie2go, it's an app I currently use it on iPad, it's great. They are currently developing invoice zip, bit like kashflow by the signs of it, but won't be ready until late 2014
