Eening chaps, what are your favourite gloves for hours of trad work. Most gloves i've used, if they're water proof then they're too bulky to be of any use. looking for the thinest water proof glove around?

Don't laugh.
Thin stretchy gloves like the ones in Sports direct that the chavs wear. About a quid.
The marigolds on top if them.
If you look around you can get colours other that yellow or pink.

Skytec Argon gloves. Great for trad as they are not too bulky.

Cheap too.

cheers chaps. i am already thinking along the lines of a silk liner then black marigolds. i normally just soldier on without gloves but i think that'll just lead to arthritis if I'm not careful

deegee are they waterproof? and how do you know what size you need? cheers

Mine haven't let in any water yet but I'm not sure they are 100% waterproof. For that price you can have a couple of pairs with you anyway. They are very comfy and toasty warm though. Warm enough when it gets to -2, we will see.
I wear medium and my hands are on the smaller side I'd say.
