i v just got a ibc tank .whats good to prevent algae .will black builders plastic membane do the job .or has anyone any cheaper ideas .thanks

Spray paint it black.
Put a line of masking tap of before spraying so when you take it off you know how much water you have...

If you can keep it out of daylight it will be fine
