Title: biggest tip??

i was cleaning a £50.00 conservatory yesterday, the lady asked it I would do the back facia and window she couldn't reach so I said yeah for an extra £10.00 ( as it was a small hour and only took 15 mins)
when she went to pay she said heres £60.00 and theres a £20.00 TIP :O I was well chuffed

I normally refuse them. Might make an exception for twenty quid though.  ;D

It was a couple in the there 60s were well chuffed with the job i said "nooo i cant take that but thank you anyway" and she insisted

Just after I first started trad, I did a job with lean to conny roof and priced it at £20.

She was over the moon with the quality of the clean and gave me a total of £100.
