Hi . im thinking of getting a pressure washer and a extendable wand to clean fascias and gutters, do you think I could also use this on a conservatory roof as I have seen a brush that goes on end of lance or am I being daft here also what pressure washer do you guys recommend on a budget any advice would be appreciated thanks

All you need is a water fed pole, apply some fairy liquid to the brush, connect it to the customers outside tap.
Pressure washer is an overkill, splatter everywhere, make a right mess.

Yep, WFP wth stiff brush and a decent TFR for conny rooves etc.
Soffits can be a problem using this method, though some swear they never have to use ladders and wipe down, I often either use ladders or an extendable pole with cloth secured via a unger clamp.
Def don't use a PW on conny's, you'll flood them out :o
