Title: deionizer probs

please help,i have a pure freedom wfp system which is sound,my ro system gets my water down to 30ppm,just changed deionizer cartridge and resin but cant get ppm lower than 13.spoke to pure freedom and they have no ideas,changed resin twice today and still cant get below 13 ppm,any ideals anyone?

What size vessel is it?

Is it all connected the right way round? Top screwed on tight? TDS Meter ok?
