Title: Sub Contractor/Business Partner SW London

Highly speculative, but I've recently opened a shop in SW London to sell domestic services because I thought that it would be a good add on to my commercial activity. It isn't - enquiries and sales have been promising but it's already starting to create a strain on my commercial management team and I'm looking at ways of avoiding the need to employ a manager and team all over again.

I'd like to find either a sub contractor or, ideally, a business partner to take on the cleaning and carpet cleaning activities.  Merger and/or acquisition possible if desired.

If you know of anyone in or around the SW of London who might be interested please let me know.
