Title: Removing smokers stench

The house we are buying has heavy smokers in and stinks all the way through.
is there any stuff or advice of products i can use to clean and get rid of this smell.

Not a specialist in this but I think forgers can be used, carpets cleaning with a dedicated product to smoke removal, decorate, there are also product you can use to treat floorboards/doors/skirts etc. can't remember the name though.
I smoke but wouldn't do it in my house, it's a horrible smell!

If its that bad you will need to wash every surface - I use sugar soap and then a thermal fogger. When its dry I use the ozone machine. Foggers are only effective when the place is clean and the source of the original smell has been removed.
