Stood outside a new clean, Marie Curie charity shop with the shutters still down.
Contacted last Friday to ask for regular cleaning, they're opening the store tomorrow. Was told someone would be here for 9am.
If it wasn't for the fact I'm finished for the month and its a charity, is be outta here.

posted today at 9.09.59 am, have you ever been 10 mins late ?
-
Nope ;D
-
I hope to be a few years late for my death ;)

You are a window cleaner so just wait for the important customer. ;D ;D

Charity shops should be treated the same as all businesses. These are professional store managers, treat them as such. Dump.

Wouldn't it be best to find out why the person was late first and not only that, see if it happens repeatedly and if it does, and if possible, do the windows later in the day?

All good in the end. They opened the shutters at 9.10am. I cleaned in and out by 9.30am (only doorway and one big window). Weekly external and internal/external on the last clean of the month..
