Title: Bee poo on a glass roof

I've got a customer with some really stubborn stains on her connie roof. Wfp brush isn't touching it and I don't want to use the side of the brush, for fear of scratching the glass.

I've tried an applicator on a pole and this helps a bit, but I cant get enough pressure to completely remove them?

What do you use..... any chemical that doesn't streak or mark the glass?
