hi
I am having a problem with the cleaning porcalian tile, i have cleaned them with aqua mix heavy duty tile & grout cleaner
it has clean some of the tile, but there a lot are ingrained with dirt even use phosharic acid still not shifting

On the very rare occasion that the above fails we often revert to Chemspec Enzall. It's usual use is as a carpet Prespray however we have found it to work really well on tile. Especially when they have been getting spray cleaned using hard surface cleaner by doc's.

You could try honing powder with heavy duty for a deeper clean

OK don't despair!
The key to all succesful cleaning is knowing what the contaminants are on the surface and the surface itself.
In the first instance be careful you are not dealing with Grout haze here! Because if this is the case it is most likely a modified grout haze with polymers in and will require something like Aqua Mix Sealing & Coating Remover to break it down first.
Secondly if it is not haze and the Porclain is polished the dirt may be in the micropores and therefore the molecules of the High Alkaline may need a boost with Aqua Seal Microscrub so the cleaner can penetrate deeper.
Finally how long did you leave the Aqua Mix Heavy Duty Tile & Grout Cleaner Dwell?
Did you pre wet the surface?
Is the porclain smooth or riven?
Is it polished or unpolished?
