Title: advice please on graffiti removal

been asked to remove this graffiti off vinyl stuck to a window whats the best stuff to use ?

Best off checking with the vinyl ppl cause most graffiti removers are solvent based, so they might melt the vinyl.

Not sure what else you could use.

Get a tub of graf wipes mate. Nice and easy.
