Any help or information on risk assesment for commercial cleaning, offices and windows. Examples of same. thanks

Have a look at fastplanonline.co.uk.  This is not a substitue for carrying out a proper Risk assessment, but at a price you can obtain professional looking documents to submit with your tenders.  I use it all the time and it certainly impresses our clients when we put out for tender.  You still have to have a good grounding and qualifying skills to use their system.  I am a qualified Health & Safety manager, done the courses and got the tee shirts. :)
