Comments: Round consists of 28 houses in total, 24 monthly and 4 bimonthly.Brings in £200 or £246 when bimonthly done. Round is currently worked WFP except for 4 houses which I do trad off the ladders as its quicker and 1 flat done trad. ALL good payers - no problem customers, most pay on day with some paying bank transfer and 1 pays by standing order, no collecting at all. Work can be done in 1 day by 1 man.Selling as getting more work closer to home and just got a big contract with property maintanance company so time is short. Not canvassed area for a while so may be some to go at been approached a few times by terrace customers but too old to be climbing over gates / walls so always say no ... 1 property does involve climbing a wall if they're out, but normally in. In summary, quality round with quality customers and a nice days wage if you're motorvated or a very easy day and a bit. Think that's about it but call me for more info if required. No rent or part payment thanks.
