Title: Work for sale in Hampshire (Four Marks, Basingstoke, Bramley)

Hi,

We have a some work for sale, it is not a lot but might be ideal to add to an existing round. It is currently cleaned using WFP. The work is

Four Marks, Hants - 5 houses cleaned 8 weekly on the same new development. Work bringing in £67.00 when cleaned
Selling price is £300.00 (4.5 x value)

Basingstoke (Sherfield on Loddon & Bramley) - 6 houses cleaned 8 weekly, 6 houses are spread over two new developments. Work is bringing in £99.00 when cleaned.
Selling price is £450.00 (4.5 x value)

All of these houses have been cleaned for 12 months or more and pay regularly either by cash when being cleaned or via a posted cheque or internet banking. T

This work is due to be cleaned shortly so will start paying for itself straight away.
