Hi i'm selling a round in buckshaw village which is between chorley/leyland
takes £110,just over 4 hours work by 1 man
all done by wfp average house is £6/7 you can geniunely make £25-30 an hour with potential to greatly increase this round.
selling my work in this area to work closer to home.
asking £1k, no offers

i bought 6-7 quidders , 140 worth for 300 :)
Seems steep for 110 's worth of low priced stuff , just my view , but someone may haggle with you and buy

end of the day u wont sell in it a hurry for 10x.
hourly rate is quite average so nothing amazing you might be cleaning it till spring if you actually want to sell it it would prob sell for £500

Got to disagree with you there, I live about 20 miles from this area and work changes hands for 10x monthly price no problem.
I bet this will have gone within a few weeks. If people are willing to pay 10x why sell it cheaper??
