anybody out there know of a product for cleaning gloss paint from a brick wall that has been vandalised.

Try any good paint stripper. Call in at any Dulux store and they will help

www.paint-removal.co.uk.   They produce a waterbased paint stripper i use. You must follow the instructions for to get the best results.
