Title: two poles off one hose reel

is this fairly easy to do thinking of trying it some times my lad  is just standing there  getting bored any help would be  appreciated

I think you'd be better off spending a little more and getting another pump and flow controller.  Some sites sell them together at a discounted price; though it's been quite a while since I shopped around for these.

All you have to do is put a "Y" piece splitting the single hose that comes out of your tank so it goes into two hoses, and set a separate system from each of these two hoses.

I run 2 reels of 1 pump (100 psi) without any trouble, so would imagine it would be ok, just the splitting of the hoses

This is what I use for running two hose reels off of one pump.

It works well enough, but when I upgrade my van in the summer I'm going to get an extra pump and controller.

Yes you can, we've just done this as our one reel is longer than other and sometimes one person is stood round waiting.

Depends on what fitting you use etc...just Y it off. Only problem ive found is you need to work at same heights, ie, if your doing ups, you both have to have pole up and down etc. Because water will walsys flow the easiest way.
