i have some window cleaning work for sale in the dartford area, kent.........

it is based between northfleet and crayford station, so not very compact......

it is worth roughly £250 a month and consists of monthly, bi- monthly and a couple of tri monthly jobs......

average house price is £10 so work can be completed by one person in a day, or ideal if you are looking to top up your round....

it is cleaned via water fed pole....

i am looking for £1050 but will listen to sensible offers......

4, how much of the £250 is monthly and how much is bi monthly

plus that do you mean about got fed up with timewasters so hung on to it......

are the customers messing you around with payments ???

seldaw, my number is 07830326067.....

erithwc.........all customers are great payers.
there are no access issues
they are mainly single jobs
ratios are 70% monthly, 25% bi-monthly and 5% tri-monthly

the round is now worth around £220 month so if someone wants to put
£800 on the table its theirs
