ive had a website built for me. Is there anyone out there who can get me on google 1st page and how much it will cost

lots of companies that can offer the service, google 'search engine optimistation' and then pick one, may cost but a bit though !!

mark your self on googlemaps
then u will get on 1st page

Or go to GOOGLE and pay per click.This will boost your ratings on the natural listings but cost a fair bit
