Have a chat with Dave at Soap National, his office is just outside Ipswich and he knows most local w/c. Might be able to point you in the right direction.

If your still looking I have about £1000 worth in Ipswich. I have had the work about 8 yrs. All cleaned by wfp. All the customers have been informed that there will be a change in the future. The work will continued to be cleaned by myself and kept up to date until it is sold. I'm looking for offers in the region of £4700
