Title: 12 month reminder letter template

Can someone supply me with a template of a 12 month reminder letter that they use or give me some ideas about wording for such a letter.

It will be 12 months in December since I did my first jobs and I want to start sending reminders to customers.

I now ring them Wayne, seem to get a better conversion rate and its cheaper and quicker too mate.

If you buy the Cleanersmate softeware you get loads of templates inc the 12 monthly.
And as your business grows year on year you will be glad of the software. Its an investment.

It will be somewhere Barry.
I forgot if it does it automatically but i know my template files are not on my main C: drive so suspect when loading you have a choice where to put them.
Mine are in a folder called Cleaners Mate Documents, try looking for that on your drive.

What % of coostomers call after one of these reminders?

Intrested to know as i have never used them before  ::)

There's 2 ways to make them work

1. just contacting them will get them to call
2. Put an offer on with a strict cut off date of no more than 30 days and you will get an even better reply.
