Title: Best way to get commercial work?
Post by: T. A. Cleaning on December 31, 2003, 11:33:12 am
Hi All,

We are currently trying to get hold of some commercial work in order to expand our business further. Supermarkets, offices etc...

Whats the best way to go about this?

Thanks.

Hi T.A Cleaning
I have put some price work in for supermarkets and got a lot of interest back by showing them copies of my Health and Safety Policy, risk asses and Method statements as not a lot of shinners have these set up.
I gave them an introduction letter stating who my company was and high lighting that I had full H&S documents, member of Federations and insured
This may help you

Makes sense. I got one comercial contract and they have asked me about these docs.

How would I go about getting these?
