Title: subbing an ipaf operator day rate

just wondering what the going rate is to sub out an ipaf cherry picker operator is??

Itd be cheaper just to get your own mate.

its not for me dean i did mine couple of weeks ago just been asked to put a price in on a day rate to operate for someone

Was that the job on here the other day richy? I'd charge your day rate plus say £50 on top for bein a bit specialist, he said it was 8 weeks work so its good steady money mate, don't price yourself out of work just for the sake of it as he may have more for you in the future

i was going to send one of the lads n give him his normal rate plus make a bit on top but iv put me mates name forward for it hes a steel erector  and out of work so he needs the money and can go in at a cheaper rate which im sure the guy will appreciate and hes used to using cherry pickers day in day out.
