Title: WFP HOW DO U DEAL WITH THIS

I am looking at using wfp and was wondering how do you deal with it when you have to clean a flat but the people in the flat below dont want their windows cleaned. Does the dirty water from the top flat run onto the other etc

 i turn down flats, unless i do the whole block, more trouble than they are worth.

We have a useless bloke that soaks all the flats below when he attempts to clean the flats above.  To be honest it's not that bad and would probably encourage the neighbours to have theirs done at the same time.

Why not canvas the neighbours or see if the customer might have a chat with them for you, see if you can bag the others.
